Meet Aristotle
Aristotle Zervas spent his childhood years in a small seaside village in Viotia (Antikyra). Those years defined his connection with good food and fresh produce from the sea and land. He studied economics in Cambridge, England but soon he followed his natural tendency, his love for excellent produce and gastronomy.
He worked with and collaborated with significant Michelin-star chefs in Greece and abroad. Also, he led some of the best 5* hotel kitchens on Greek islands Mykonos, Santorini, Crete and high end restaurants in Qatar, Saudi Arabia, England, Monaco.
Today Aristotle is at the wheel of the awarded restaurant Kakkos Taverna in Crete.
His mission is to keep elevating the culinary landscape and create new experiences and memories for his guests.
